TRUTH SERUM SERIES - A Hard Pill to Swallow!

I am starting a series of Blogs this month which are writings that I have decided to call Truth Serum. My hope is that we end up with a number of them to which folks can relate. Drink some and feel free to share your thoughts on how it may please or displease you pallet. I'll serve glasses that are large and small. Take in what you can.

Hard Pill to Swallow!©

YOU get wrapped up, caught up, out to pursue something new because the old skin that is you,
YOU want to crawl out of.
Preoccupied with something so outside of YOU
YOU crawl over, on top of, up beside skin you don't know because
YOU would rather have someone else touch YOU than touch yourself.
Rather be in their environment than find comfort in your own.
YOU are uncomfortable and their place, their facades, it makes you forget
YOU have to deal with YOU
YOU lie
Because you think no one believes in YOU
Do YOU believe in YOU?
YOU don't understand why it doesn't work out
YOU never considered that it was not for YOU
YOU are constipated...Physically?
No .. More mentally and emotionally that is
Time for a release of all that toxic disbelief in self

YOUR back aches
Because you think no one supports YOU
Who are YOU supporting?
YOUR head aches
YOU can't think about how to make it right
It's not " it"
" IT " is YOU


Your eyes are red, vision is blurry, what you see is hazy
Because the LIGHT that will reveal YOU to the world is not what you want
It's too heavy for YOU
Be honest
With yourself first
He already knows
All about YOU
Be brave and reveal YOU to yourself

Your mouth is dry
YOU do not believe that what YOU have to say will just flow,
YOU are Rehearsed!
Your breath smells badly..YES
YOU would never admit that to yourself
You have deep seated, bad thoughts, your heart is malfunctioning in intent and it is traveling out towards people who encounter you.
They flee
Because YOU believe they will not want to be close to you.
Why should anyone embrace someone who will not embrace the self?

Stop posing
It isn't YOU
I can see YOU,
YOU can See YOU,
HE can see YOU
YOU were a vision of his before YOU could cry, laugh, talk, believe,think, read this.... and

HE intended for YOU to believe in you and until YOU do
You are just feigning your belief in HIM

I know YOU see me seeing you , seeing me looking at YOU

You're sinking into the abyss,
YOU must help to save yourself
Don't drown, float to the surface and feel the stability beneath
YOU can create that grounding for yourself
Stop looking into other faces for "it".
"IT" is YOU

Look at yourself
Deeper, More Divine , Most Original , YOU

Constipated?
Yes..That's YOU..UNCOMFORTABLE YOU
Unwilling to release that which does not welcome, that which does not belong to YOU

And YOU are going to lose control in a place you would rather not
unless YOU cleanse YOU
Now YOU would be embarrassed?
YES of course, because YOU are preoccupied with what they say about YOU

You ask for an association because you "know of "someone
Why not just disassociate your self and ask for association because of YOU?
No more cover.
Just let me see beautiful YOU. YOUR Reality

The skin you want to crawl out of will breath and feel alive to YOU
Oh, YOU say you would but right now..can't define the value of YOU?
OH! Shame on YOU!

Knees Hurt You say ?
Poor inflexible YOU

No one else, no thing, no pretense, no posing
Just solitary confinement to deal with YOU
Can't do that YOU say?
Because YOU hate to be alone with YOU!


YOU have to love YOU because until YOU do
It will escape you time and time again
Love that is
When YOU embrace YOU ..the learning comes and it
Love that is
Never escapes YOU
YOU mislead and deny the truth to those who already know YOU
Can see right through YOU
IT doesn't change YOU
What people know YOU cannot outlive
So why are YOU trying to?

What YOU feel YOU cannot escape
So why aren't you dealing with it?
Crawl, run, fly, walk, cover, paint, bury
It is still YOU

Get Comfortable with YOU
Because like YOU ..I can see right through YOU
I hear YOU..
Hard pill to swallow?

The prescription was written ..For YOU.
Just close you eyes and swallow
Time has come now to heal YOU.
