Little girl with broken wings but full of hope….

Wise women covered in wounds……

Today is the day
I will not sit still and give in anymore

I am bruised but I will get up and walk again>

I don’t care if you ignore my beauty

Through the alchemy of my darkest nights I heal and thrive

I move through the world with confidence and grace
I open my eyes and I am ready to face
My wholeness as a woman and my limitless capacities
I will walk my path with audacity

I reconnect with the many aspects of myself
I am in awe of the reality I can create
I am a healer
I am a queen
A wise women – A wild woman
I will rise and beam
I am a rebel
I will wake up and fight
I am a mother and I am a child
I will no longer disguise my sadness and pain
I will no longer suffer and complain

I am black and I am white
There is no reason to hide
Where are you…?
I call upon Kali
To kiss me alive
I transform my anger into power
No more heartache or strive
The world is missing what I am ready to give

My wisdom, My sweetness, My love
And my hunger for peace
I weep with the trees and the rivers and the earth in distress
I rise and shine and I am ready to go on my quest

Without doubt or hesitation

Without excuses –Without procrastination

Today I call upon my sisters to join
A movement of resoluteness and ….concern

The blatant and horrid disrespect of our Nation's President started long before the State of the Union address where he was called a " liar"  and continues with  even worse name calling and racial attacks. Our President may be referred to as the following:  " Mr. President", "The Honorable Barack Obama", "His Excellency,  Barack Obama", and of course President Obama.  Nothing less is acceptable. Even referencing him by first name alone (as many people do) is out of line unless you are First Lady Michelle Obama. While I think we are a global family, I also think these ongoing episodes do much to  further segregate America and give it the image of our country as a place of disgrace, disuntity, and hate. Watching my words Category: Life Hello Precious Ones: This is a replay that is so necessary after a conversation I had today. Every word we utter is tied to an action; a thought stimulated by an action and vice versa. The subconscious coming to surface where things can be seen.   L-E-T-T-I-N-G    G-O You have seen these words before..yes? Very simply written in nine letters. “L e tting  go .” Why does it make you uncomfortable?  It is simply an action that you as a human being experience every single day, just by physically and chemically existing.  It is an action that occurs when you have complete trust in your intuition ; that heaven sent voice inside of you.
